Position Responsibilities
Operations & Projects
• Execute and improve employee cycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in HRMS, Organization Chart and employee e-folder.
• Prepare employment-related documents (e.g., correspondent letters, memos, HR reports)
• Coordinate HR compliance tasks such as tracking contracts durations, and probation timelines.
• Assist in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Automation of HR processes, SOP development).
Benefit
• Responsible for employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance coverage, petrol card and employee corporate discounts.
• Ensure accurate benefit enrolment and entitlement records.
• In charge of annual renewal of benefit policies.
• Handle SOCSO case administration, including accident reporting, submission of relevant documents, liaising with SOCSO officers, and following up on claims.
• Serve as the main contact for employee benefit inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor usage trends and gather feedback to propose enhancements to benefit programs.
