Performance Marketer  

Job Description

  • Identifying gaps and opportunities from app users, transactions, and revenue trend, and optimize/ improve those above with paid digital media channels
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and test new channels and trends to build credibility, remain competitive and have possess an added value
  • Optimizing CAC from all performance marketing channels and ensure its efficiency.
  • Conceptualize media buying campaigns and execute accordingly.
  • Identify, propose new channels that’d compliment primarily app usage and develop new/ improving existing channel paid media strategies and implement paid media plans
  • Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Tweaking strategies and budgets based on performance to maximize ROI across different channels.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation.
  • Create and provide accurate and timely metrics reports, analysis and insight to demonstrate the performance and return on investment of all digital marketing activities
  • Understanding of different target audiences’ nuances from a geographical perspective
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices.
  • Evaluate paid digital media performance report and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to maximize budget that attribute to overall Digital marketing ROI
  • Develop and present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendation
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign performance reports
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given

Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in marketing / marketing communications / PR / design / graphic design / psychology / advertising
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B / retail / fashion / event management / advertising handling matters relating to digital marketing, performance marketing, advertising, or data analytics
  • Experiences in SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, Competitive Analysis
  • Hands-on experience on marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns)
  • Experiences in user purchasing journey, funnel marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing
  • At least 2 years’ experience in executing digital paid media campaign such as Facebook/Google and expertise in Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, Excel proficiency a must
  • Has good command of both written and spoken English, any additional language is a bonus.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to make hyper data-driven decision and able to learn and apply new knowledge fast and effectively.
  • Critical thinking and creative.
  • Ability to have a structural thinking and documentation skill.
